How many sessions?
Above 50% hair will be reduced after one treatment. Generally, 3-5 sessions are required for thin hair, and 5-8 sessions for thick hair.
What about the warranty?
We provide a 2-year warranty for the machine and 50 million shots for the handle.
What about delivery?
We offer door-to-door service via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. We also accept air cargo and sea transportation. If you have your own agent in China, we are happy to ship to your specified address.
What is the delivery time?
For general laser equipment, delivery takes about 2 working days. OEM orders typically require a production period of 10-20 days.
How do you handle technical support?
We have a professional technical support team ready to assist you. All inquiries will be responded to within 12 hours and resolved within 48 hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
