Yes, we welcome custom processing and manufacturing based on customer-provided samples to meet your specific requirements. We support OEM and ODM orders.
Q3: How are the fragile crystal items packaged for shipment?
To prevent any damage during transit, all products are carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap as an inner layer and packed into sturdy cartons or wooden cases externally. Custom gift packaging options are also available upon request.
Q4: How long does the production and order dispatch take?
For in-stock orders, we dispatch within 2 days after receipt of payment. For custom OEM/ODM orders, the standard lead time is between 5 and 20 days depending on the quantity requested.

We offer two main shipping methods: Air shipping, which takes approximately 7-20 working days, and Sea shipping, which takes around one month.
